We kicked off our Days Celebration with an exciting Virtual Scavenger Hunt, a high-energy team bonding activity designed to strengthen collaboration, boost employee engagement, and bring our teams closer together. This interactive virtual event blended creativity, communication, and friendly competition — transforming a regular workday into a memorable corporate team-building celebration filled with laughter and connection.
The Twist
Here’s how the madness worked during our Virtual Scavenger Hunt team bonding activity:
- Everyone was randomly assigned a teammate’s name through an app.
- That person received a surprise challenge.
- They had to either perform it LIVE on the call or send a video recording.
- No backing out. No excuses. Just pure fun and spontaneous energy.
And oh boy… did everyone deliver! The creativity, laughter, and competitive spirit turned this virtual team-building game into one of the most memorable employee engagement moments of the day.
DAREDEVILS – The Bold & The Fearless
Ayush – Gave us a full-on “Deaf and Dumb Vlog” performance, thanks to Jay Ashara. Oscar-worthy expressions included.
Babita – Looked for her phone… while holding her phone. Classic moment, assigned by Pooja Ashara. We’ve ALL been there.
Jaldhi – Sang theNational Anthem on the society road, courtesy of Harshal. Brave. Bold. Patriotic.
Pooja – Sang a jingle from an old advertisement, given by Jaldhi. Instant nostalgia mode activated.
Yash – Assigned by Kirtan Soneji to make coffee — and suddenly our virtual call turned into a coffee masterclass. Smooth moves, steady hands, and a well-earned sip at the end!
Harshal – Ate ½ spoon of red pepper from his kitchen. Given by Ayush. MVP of bravery award goes to him. Absolute legend.
CREATORS & ENTERTAINERS – The Fun & Fabulous
Jay – Designed a mini outfit using only handkerchief (yes, really!), assigned by Vaibhav Prajapati. Fashion week, we’re ready.
Nayana – Showed her favorite coffee/tea mug and explained the emotional attachment behind it. Task given by Shikha. Cozy vibes unlocked.
Vaibhav – Shared the three oldest photos on his phone, thanks to Nayana. Throwback level: unlocked.
Kirtan – Turned into a full-on cooking show host and explained how to make tea with dramatic flair, assigned by Babita. MasterChef energy detected.
Shikha – Had to find the one thing that shes uses multiple times. Given by Yash . Smart move. Strategic thinking.
What We Learned

- Some people are surprisingly dramatic.
- Some people are extremely brave with spices.
- And making coffee suddenly feels like a high-pressure reality show challenge.
