We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented operator / coordinator/ client support to handle day-to-day administrative operations, system entries, client supports and team coordination tasks. The role involves managing Office 365 tools, maintaining records for legal matters and cases, creating and managing users, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, basic knowledge of international legal processes, and the ability to work efficiently with admin panels and internal systems.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word
- Experience with admin panels / Internal dashboards
- Data entry and record management for:
- Matters & legal cases
- User creation and access management
- Case updates and tracking
- File handling, permissions, document management and email communications
- Xero knowledge (Optional)
- Basic IT/system handling skills
- ChatGPT
Other Skills
- Fluent English communication (spoken & written)

Requirements
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (WFH)
Education: Graduation (Any Stream).
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in similar job. (Even if you don’t have the matching skills yet, feel free to apply — we provide training.)
Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (Flexible timing up to 1 or 2 hours)

- Basic understanding of legal terminology
- Comfortable working with online systems and admin tools

- Stable internet connection
- Prior admin/operator experience is an advantage
